Urbanrise The Living Wave is planned with three residential towers and a separate amenity building across approximately 4.20 acres. Towers 1 and 3 reach up to two basements, ground and 18 upper floors; Tower 2 reaches up to two basements, ground and 17 upper floors. Together, the buildings account for 368 planned homes and 432 planned car spaces.
An 8-metre internal fire driveway and separate road-widening and civic-amenity reservations add useful site context, but the latest issued drawing must establish the boundary, tower positions, arrival routes, parking access and pedestrian movement.
